The assessment alone inspired much discussion among our team but it really got interesting when Jennifer took us through the analysis. This kind of activity brings out a natural curiosity which, coupled with Jennifer’s lively and engaging personality, led to several hours of spirited conversation. After the session we all started to look at things a little differently once we realized the variety of ways that several people in our group might approach the very same situation.

I have been consistently impressed with her knowledge, enthusiasm and openness to new ideas.
